GIVING SOCIETIES

One of the many ways we recognize the invaluable support private donors provide to UCF is by honoring them as members of one or more prestigious giving societies.

 

THE PEGASUS SOCIETY

Membership in this society is reserved for individuals, corporations and organizations that make cumulative gifts (excluding pledge commitments and planned gifts) of $1 million or more.

 

THE APOLLO SOCIETY

Membership in this society is reserved for individuals, corporations and organizations that make cumulative gifts (excluding pledge commitments and planned gifts) between $500,000 and $999,999.

 

The Mercury Society

Membership in this society is reserved for individuals, corporations and organizations that make cumulative gifts (excluding pledge commitments and planned gifts) between $100,000 and $499,999.

 

The President's Circle

The society recognizes those who give between $1,000 and $24,999 in any given year. Among its membership are five special groups: Founders ($20,000-$24,999), Leaders ($10,000-$19,999), Fellows ($5,000-$9,999), Members ($1,000-$4,999) and Associates (Young alumni giving $500-$999).

LEGACY SOCIETY

The society honors individuals who make a planned gift commitment to benefit UCF and is named in honor of the university's first president, Dr. Charles N. Millican.  He stepped down as president in 1978 and by the time of his death in 2010, he was widely considered to be "the father of UCF."

 

BLACK & GOLd 

LOYAL

Black and Gold Loyal honors alumni, parents and friends who have demonstrated long-term commitment to UCF through consecutive years of giving. Membership in this society is maintained by consistent yearly giving of two or more years, regardless of amount.

 SOCIETY

The society honors student donors who have made a philanthropic commitment to their soon-to-be alma mater. Membership in this society requires a minimum gift of $19.63 each academic year.
