Patrick Crowley 

Associate Vice President for Advancement, Communications and Marketing


Patrick Crowley is Associate Vice President for Advancement, Communications and Marketing at the UCF Foundation, Inc.

With more than 30 years of successful communication experience, Patrick Crowley came to UCF in June 2018 to lead a team of 11 in the areas of Advancement communications and donor relations and stewardship. 

Prior to coming to UCF, Crowley served as Vice President, Office of Advancement Relations, for the Florida State University Foundation. In this role, he oversaw a team of 14 in the same areas he is now responsible for at UCF, as well as board relations. While at FSU, Crowley helped launch, manage and successfully close Raise the Torch: The Campaign for Florida State — the largest fundraising campaign in university history with a goal of $1 billion. The campaign ran for eight years and ended on June 30, 2018 with total attainment of $1.15 billion. 

During the campaign Crowley led the process that identified campaign fundraising priorities and worked with his team to develop strategic campaign communication plans and targeted donor engagement events.

Crowley earned his bachelor’s degree in journalism from Bowling Green State University and his master’s in media management from Kent State University.
